The winding machine and cutting machine for the 20-110mm HDPE pipe production line have been assembled, and the entire production line is complete. After debugging, it is ready for shipment


1. The extruder is controlled by a frequency converter, which has the characteristics of easy adjustment, reliable operation, stable operation, and low energy consumption. Adopting an independent electrical control cabinet facilitates centralized control and operation of the entire machine.

2. The screw bolts and barrel of the extruder are made of high-quality nitride steel. Reasonable design, excellent plasticizing effect, and stable production.

3. The pipe forming adopts a central feeding mold and vacuum sizing. The cooling method combines spraying and leaching, resulting in high precision in pipe size and promising prospects.

4. Using a dedicated roller type traction machine, the pipe material is not easily deformed due to its plasticity.

5. The hose winding machine adopts torque motor control, which overcomes the disadvantage of tightening. Adopting an independent electrical control cabinet for easy independent control and operation during the production process.

When producing small-diameter pipes, replace the winding machine with a hard pipe coiling machine and equip the production line with suitable extrusion molds to produce hard pipes. When producing large-diameter pipes, a crawler tractor should be used, the winding machine should be replaced with a pipe rack, and suitable extrusion molds and cutting devices should be equipped to produce hard pipes.

Plastic pellets → Vacuum feeding → Single screw extruder → Marking line co extrusion machine → Mold → Vacuum tank → Water cooling tank → Traction machine → Cutting machine → Stacker or automatic expansion and winding machine
